What a pretty girl Best of luck with the bonding xx
She has such a pretty face. Luthers gonna love her. Happy gotcha Day!
She’s so beautiful. Glad you got her and the check went ok.
Now Luther you listen up! You need to wine and dine this pretty little lady and welcome her to the family in the most special way
What a pretty girl Best of luck with the bonding xx
She is lovely! She also looks very sweet and third time lucky! I assume she is spayed?
Aww she’s beautiful.
So spent some time with her this morning and we saw her flopping already! I think that means she’s settling already.
I noticed during our visit and here she’s been scanning, I know this can be a normal bunny thing but it can also be early signs of E.C. And I’m not sure she’d be relaxed enough to do normal scanning. So I’m giving her lapizole for 28 days to be sure anyway, plus it’s also a wormer so covers all bases anyway and can’t hurt.
Also keeping an eye (no pun intended) on her left eye as it’s quite wet which the foster lady said she noticed yesterday morning.
She clearly has a good digestive system because her poops are way bigger than Luther’s or Truffle they look like proper wild bunny poops
But so far so good x

Beautiful girl! She looks very gentle and relaxed too. She will have such a wonderful home with you. I like Grace also. Hope the bonding goes well xx
Hello lovely girlie
If you're giving her Lapizole then you ought to also give it to Luther before they meet. Otherwise if he's carrying the spores of E.C. he will simply transfer them back to her.
Bleaching the litter trays with 1% bleach on days 21 and 28 of treatment helps interrupt the lifecycle of the parasite (I did this more often). Sorry if you already know all this
Well I did both Truffle and Luther when we first got Luther just to be safe and just so I knew both had been worked too, do you think he will still be ok from an E.C point of view if he’s done it once?
As I have the lapizole open now I was going to do the 5 day course which is for worming for Luey so he’s clear for that too.
Oh that’s a really good idea with the litter trays! I didn’t know about that, I’ll add a note on my calendar to do that near the end like you say. Thank you

Yeah I think in that case I would probably do a nine day course for Luey, just because bonding is stressful
Will you start the bonding before the 28 days is up?
I'm ultra cautious and I did a 28 day course before putting my hoodlums together, but I know others have differing points of view.
Oh ok cool I’ll do that then. Glad I did it for him all that time ago now.
Well the insert of the meds says 14 days keep away from other bunnies then it’s ok. So I was thinking 14 days then have him come up with the divide in the room.
It’s just a shame that until the 28 days he can’t smell any of her litter tray business etc to start the bonding etc.
Haha hoodlums! They look nothing but ;-) hehe x

Thank you so much!
Haha this made me proper giggle this morning and is so right! I made sure I read it out to him so he understands

Well they could see each other, but would you want to swap litter trays too? 'Fraid I don't do my bonding this way - I just go for it - so can't advise there.
