Flooring for Rabbits

I purchased some lino for the bottom of Peters cage as its quite an old cage. Its so much easier to clean out. I then put a layer of newspaper and straw and hay on it ~ super until Peter started chewing the lino he doesnt appear to have eaten any its in a pile in the corner, will this harm him or is it ok?

Could cause a blockage if swallowed? I had a bun get a blockage from eating a cardboard tube Can you fasten it down so he can't get hold??

You could try batten it down with bits of wood....:?

Id not want the buns ot eat lino...dont htink it owuld do them any good as it cant dissolve...:?
