if there had been signs, i'm sure you would have seen them. sometimes there just aren't any until it's too late. unfortunately i know this after dealing with eddie's kidney disease and failure last year. he was even functioning on one kidney because the other had shrivelled up. i had no idea

so don't be too hard on yourself. there may have been no signs and he felt well until the moment it all suddenly overpowered him. hugs x
