the nest boxes usually have a hole for a padlock, people need to make chooks safe too

£265 was the final price.
Its nice, but I'd still need to let mine out for free ranging. the ramp looks very steep and possibly a risk of buns falling off it.
But so much better than alot of things advertised.

7ft overall length (inc nesting box) so the run is actually 5ft long.

the nest box is only 1ft deep, (it's 2ft wide against the length of the coop) so the run is 6x6ft. So it does comply with rspca minimum spec.

In the picture it looks huge then I thought about what mine have and realise they have over 110 sq ft, as opposed to just shy of 50.

It's not even that large for chickens, I have mine in something four times the size and debated rehoming them because we couldn't give them enough space any more :lol:

It is a lovely coop though, practical and nice looking way to get the 50sq ft most rescues require
