I was just about to say - is the floor smooth or carpeted - and then I saw your last post which answers my Q! :wave:
I suspect strongly that it is the flooring in the new area. Poppy will not 'touch' any wooden or slippery floor. We have to have a maze of carpets and rugs like stepping stones all the way across the dining room and kitchen and up to the carpeted stairs (fortunately upstairs where they hang out is all carpet)
On holiday at my dad's she would not come out of the pen until I put some old towels down, and then would wait at the edge of each for the next towel to be laid ....felt like I was rolling out the red carpet for her majesty! :roll::lol:
