First you have to start a thread when you have finished writing it scroll down to the bottom of it you will see a box that you tick that says 'Yes run a poll with this thread' (to tick just click the little square box 
) then below another box in which you type the numbers of options you want in the poll then press submit thread and you will be asked to type in your poll options hope this helps
