baby bunny update

Well the babies are doing great.
The mum doesn't seem to want them to suckle too much now and she is encouraging them to eat the rabbit food that I am putting in for her. Have seen at least 5 of the nine eating solids and drinking from the water bottle.
They are just sooooooo sweet.
They opened their eyes almost a week ago now and are really giving their mum a hard time. They are very tame though, have to admit to handling them from Wednesday when I recon they turned 2 weeks old.

Glad it's all going well.
Try putting in a box or something she can get up onto so she can get away from the babies for a little while.

what a good idea.
The babies are eating solid food despite the fact that they are only 3 weeks old. Mum doesn't seem so harrassed any more but will look into doing that all the same. Thanks for that bit of advice.
