Help Litter Training

I've just recently got a rabbit, had her in the house for 2weeks now. I'm trying to litter train her now she seems to be using in but she also wants to sit and lie in it... Any ideas or tips on what I can do?

Do you put hay in the tray? my buns love to eat and poo at same time?

Ive not tried that, wasnt sure if I should do that because that where her does the toilet... but I will give it a go...
