Arthritis is just one of Bernie's problems. She has advanced Dental Disease and me and Christobel feel it is not fare to put her through another GA. Bernie's renal function is not good and the right side of her face is partially paralysed from a chronic otitis media. She is 9 years old
Over the last couple of days its obvious that Bernie's teeth are bothering her. She is already on maximum dose Metacam. I do not feel that zonking her out with opiates is appropriate as the Dental pain wont resolve without a GA and treatment..............which she could not cope with

We are seeing Christobel tomorrow morning
