the boys wont go down the ramp

..... I bought a new hutch for my two boys, the hutch is on top of the run and neither of them go down it. i put some veg on it to tempt them down and made sure the run isnt to steep and they still dont go down it. I put them in the run and they hopped about happily and went back up the ramp. Any suggestions on how to get them to go down the ramp x

Could it be that its too steep for them maybe. Perhaps raise the end thats in the run up a bit so its not so steep with something like a block wood, kind of like an extra step at the bottom

I had a similar problem with one of my buns. After 2 days I put him downstairs myself and he had no problem getting up or down after that
