Scamps Mummy
Young Bun
Hi all
We had a boring easter weekend bonding our buns and they now share 4 dog cages. They are fine in their room, in the garden and the kitchen. When we put them into the living room, Scamp (neutered male) turns evil and chases after Chloe (neutured female). The carpet is new and has been changed in the last month. Scamp is normally quite laid back and chills out in the living but Chloe is a bit nervous and scatty and when she dashes past him Scamp gives chase and takes clumps of hair out. We've tried cleaning carpets, chairs best that we can. We've also tried shaking their food tin when Scamp chases, this did distract them for a day or so but doesn't stop Scamp now.
We set up a pen in the front room where their litter cage is that they both use. Chloe got so scared she managed to jump over the pen to get out - although Scamp wasn't chasing her she was so scared - she also wont use the litter tray if they're both in living room as she's so scared - the more scared she is the more she runs about then the more Scamp chases her!
Once we put them back into their cages they are fine. Has anybody any suggestions what to do as we'd love to have them out together in the living room - at the moment we're having to leave them in the cages when we're in the house - which we dont like doing!
