However she is too big for the current hutch, well actually it isn't, the hutch is wrongly designed and the down hole where the ladder is, is in the middle, which stops her from sprawling out

anyone had dealings with the company? or even better has the hutch and can tell me where the ladder is

Hi - I bought a run from Albanypets in Essex. They were a git to get hold of by telephone. The phone just rings and rings and rings. I wanted to collect my run - which I did eventually. The run itself was actually very good quality as it was a handmade jobbie rather than a mass produced item.

Don't know anything about the hutch I'm afraid.

i also bought a run from them recently. was ok on the phone tho it did ring for a while. they have most of their stuff made up at the warehouse so if you can get there to go and see it i would. from the pics i would say the ladder would have to be in the hidden compartment, which seems a little odd and would be very steep? but if you contact them they might send extra pictures.
