Rosie Rabbit
Mama Doe
Rosie went into stasis yesterday - we noticed her looking uncomfortable around 4.40pm, though it might have been a couple of hours before that since she'd eaten.
She hasn't had an episode of stasis since I've been posting here, so we did the Infacol/tummy rubs thing twice (which I learned here) but it seemed to make no difference. We phoned the emergency vet and Rob took her there late evening for treatment. He gave us recovery food (and a syringe which was far too small and wouldn't work  ) and we tried to feed her that but she wasn't having any of it. She did drink a little water though. The injections from the vet didn't seem to help as we tried to get her to eat and drink every couple of hours during the night without success.
Anyway, she was no different this morning, so Rob phoned the vet first thing and took her in at 9am. They are keeping her in and there's no improvement yet. We've to phone at 4pm.
I am going mad here, can't settle at all and am really upset I am so useless at coping when there is anything wrong with her
So if you've any spare vibes for Rosie, they'd be very welcome. Thanks.
