Sheds with internal mesh doors - How are they fitted/secured?

My two rabbits live in a large wooden shed but I worry about the temperature it gets to in summer. It has a small grate for ventilation and i sometimes lift up the cat flap to the run to let a bit more air in but it still gets very stuffy on hot days

I've seen a few pictures of bunny sheds that have a regular shed door then a second mesh door behind it but it's not clear from the pictures how this is fitted. Would anyone mind sharing pictures/details of their set up please? I don't mind if it's a permanently fixed door or if it's removeable but I would need something predator proof (already have very thick mesh)

Hi I'm new here but was just seeing this - I have a similar setup but the buns also have access to outside through a catflap. I've a mesh barrier inside my shed - I work on one side and the buns chill out on the other. Would some photos help of what I have?

Thanks I managed to get it sorted! It would have been very difficult to get the mesh door to open outwards like the main door so instead we fitted it to the inside of the door frame and it opens into the shed. We have used hinges with loose drop pins so the mesh door can be easily removed if needed

I have a mesh door that has hinges on the other side to the main door and both open outwards. Glad you managed to find a way that works for you.
