Rabbit urinate outside litter box different location

Hi, Netherland Dwarf rabbit pee in his litter box but also a bit everywhere. He can freely roam the living room and kitchen and he does pee, almost everyday, at different location.

Been doing that for the last 3 years. How to I get him to do it all the time in his litter box?

Yes, and he is 5 years old

You are likely to have to go back to the start of litter tray training. By which I mean restricting him to an enclosure with a litter tray provided.

But prior to that I would want to be sure that her does not have any health problems contributing to him urinating where-ever he goes. As the issue has been ongoing for 3 years it seems unlikely that the cause is a health problem, but personally I would still want him Vet checked.

A small enclosure, as seen in the video. The training process may take a few weeks. During this time you will need to get on with completely neutralising the odour from all areas he has urinated on. White wine vinegar and steam cleaning.
