Hi! So I've recently started helping a wonderful lady named Jill who does the Rabbit Care Information (https://www.facebook.com/RabbitCareInformation) stand which goes around fetes and fairs promoting animal welfare.
It was a HUGE success at the RSPCA.
Here are some photos
We were in the stable block!
The display
We gave away loads of free samples to bunny owners we didn't meet a single one that said their bun ate muesli though. Most on excel so really good!
The stand doesn't usually have live buns but Milbrook had these two amazingly laid back buns! Mother and daughter and they were absolute stars. Spent the day eating hay and the baby, Pearl, even gave her audience binkies!
Before Pearl went into her run in the morning, I couldn't resist a cuddle! She gave us tooth purrs! Her and her mum, Coral, are going to make someone an excellent pair of pets
Our stable neighbour, William the Shetland!
Sometimes we were so busy you couldn't move in the stable! We did loads of bunny quizzes with the kids (and some adults!!), gave information on bonding, neutering, runs, veggies, tunnels.. You name it!
So exhausting but so worth it. Can't wait for next year!
