Poppy

We have sadly had to make the decision to help Poppy across the rainbow bridge this afternoon.

Poppy was an absolute character. Full of curiosity and affection, she was a wonderful bunny and we were lucky to have in our lives. She was just shy of turning 12.

The last few years, she has been struggling with arthritis. Around 8 weeks ago, it seemed to lead to complete muscle wastage in one of her front legs, and overcompensating for that weakness caused her other front leg to seize. She was no longer able to stand up without help, and was slowly growing weaker, so we made the tough decision.

She'll be very sorely missed.
