Please help

My female rabbit had two babies about three weeks ago one came out dead and the other one is out of the box and just running around and every time I go over there to pet them she’s wanting to like hump him or get him under her try putting him in the litter box . It looks like she is humping him and then she’s trying to get him back in the box. Is that normal or should I separate them And just feed the baby some whole goat milk with a bottle? Thanks

I'm just wondering where the dad is in this picture. If he's had any access to the female, then she's likely pregnant again, so the first thing I would suggest is separating mum & dad permanently (or at least until 6 weeks after he has been neutered).

The baby is still too young to be separated from mum, so I would leave them together unless the baby is being injured. Hand rearing is a very last resort when there is no mum around and has a notoriously poor outcome for rabbits.

Meanwhile, the RWAF has some advice on accidental litters, and lots of other rabbit care:
