Orphaned Wild rabbit newborns

Hi, This is ny first time on this forum, so apologies if this has been asked already. I collected 6 newborn wild rabbits 5 days ago. They are all taking roughly 12ml of kitten replacement milk daily atm. They are not putting on weight. They are almost the same weight as the first day I got them.
Can someone tell me what i can do to increase their weight. I have increased the number of feeds to 4 and they ain't interested in taking food more often.than that.

Hand rearing orphaned newborns is very unlikely to be successful. They should be having colostrum and Wombaroo Rabbit Milk replacer, not kitten milk

Wildlife should always be handed over to specialists when possible to give them the best chance. Hand rearing Wild Rabbits should be done with the intention of releasing them back into the wild, not keeping them as pets. Specialist Wildlife Organisations have a lot of experience in doing this.

I don't trust the rvc information, one bit. They say newborn rabbits don't need help to urinate when they do. Other sites say rabbit milk is not suitable for wild rabbits. So unfortunately I will not be following rvc guidlines.
I have contacted a couple of wildlife rescue centres who also disagree with rvc's information
