Night time cover up?

Do you still cover your bunnies hutch up at night time when it is really hot?

I cover mine i get a very noisey protest if i don't. If its hot i just use a light tarp over the hutch and run. Mine have the proper hutch covers to but i think they would make the hutch to hot. I get up at 6.30am so do breakfast, uncover them and put sunshades on.

No i dont cover mine up at night anymore :wave:

Mine are in a shed, I do still shut the door at night but not until it's cooled down inside (I have a thermometor in there). It gets opened again at 6-6.30 in the morning which is before the sun gets onto it.

Good job as we've had some really HEAVY rain a couple of nights this week!!!

The front of my hutch has bubblewrap - but they rarely go into their hutch anyway as they have permanent access to their (uncovered) run.
