Young Bun
Hi, just joined the site :)
I've got an 8 and half week old Mini Lop called Murphy. I only got him last friday, but we're already getting a daily routine established. I live in an apartment so Murphy is a house rabbit. He lives in my spare bedroom, and also has run of hall / bathroom. Living room is out of bounds for free roam - too many wires that would be an absolute nightmare to try and cover.... so at the moment he can only come into living room to watch a movie with me on my lap. bun5.jpg

Welcome to the forum, both to you and lovely Murphy, he is a handsome boy ☺️ Not sure if puppy panels are available where you live, but they are a great way of fencing off areas where bunnies aren't allowed, and can be moved when not in use, just a thought. Hope you enjoy looking around the forum, and am looking forward to hearing more about Murphy 😊.

Thank you! Its great to be here, puppy panels are a great idea.
at the moment because he's so little, Ive got boxes to separate my hallway from living/kitchen area, so I can still see him when Im busy cooking, but he cant get in (he has full run of hall as well as my spare room) but I know that when he gets bigger then he would probably jump over the boxes.... Ive read that mini lops can jump up to 3 or 4 feet!

Hello everyone,
I am a first time rabbit owner and just aquired my lovable and adorable hunny bunny Hopper a few days ago. He is about 1 years old. I got him free with a kit. Looking forward to learning from you all and getting as much information and tips as I can for my baby.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Thank you for posting photos of Hopper. He's a very cute little bunny. I'm somewhat intrigued as to the circumstances under which you got him with "a kit"

These two websites provide a lot of very useful and, importantly, accurate information about caring for rabbits. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have and we will try to answer them for you.
