My rabbit of 3 months was doing amazing until we got two new baby rabbits from a facility which was keeping them in horrific conditions. We adopted two baby bunnies only around 1½ months old and both of them died a few days later (overnight) with no symptoms to be shown. I kept the older rabbit away from them as much as possible to prevent any kind of cross disease however they were kept in the same cage for a while after the first bunny passed away as to stop the second one from feeling lonely. We took them to the veterinarian and they told us that there was nothing that was notable. This morning the other baby bunny had passed away. Now my older rabbit is running around and eating normally however his fecal matter has changed in shape and consistency. They have become more elongated and curved and majority of them are like this. As well as some of them being not fully dry and sticky. The veterinarian I went to could not find anything wrong with them. I'm wondering what has caused this and what I can do about it.
