Joey, Boo & Mouse - the best trio ever

joey&boo

Wise Old Thumper
❤️ ❤️❤️

When I look back at many of my historic threads on RU, many of my Joey, Boo & Mouse threads are missing their photos, as I used photobucket as a hosting site back then. So I got together a selection of photos, my selection criteria was the presence of all three & happy memories. Such awesome rabbits, really amazing personalities & so very different. Joey & Mouse left this world in January & March of 2022, Boo just under a year ago. I miss them individually but also as a group. It was the happiest of bunny times

No apologies for so many photos. I'll post 10 at a time til i run out 🤣

Aw how lovely J & B, I've loved all of your bunnies, and so enjoyed their photos over the years, but Mousie pie was, and still is my all time favourite, would have loved to have met her ❤️. Looking forward to more 😊.

Thank You PM (Mousey was a beautiful soul & so pretty ❤️), Zoobec & Omi, & the love from others.

I can't get on here most times I try (resource limit is reached or The ooops ran in to problems)

I remember this time I accidentally left their water bowl in the kitchen for 2 hours & they all acted like they
had trekked through the sahara for a week

These are wonderful memories of some wonderful bunnies! They were very lucky to be surrounded by loving humans and great bunny friends! 💗💗💗🐇🐇🐇

I have been getting a huge increase in error messages when logging onto RU. I tried on multiple devices.

I already love this thread  I love all the photos, but I still really love the one of Boo and Mousey taking care of cold Joey ❤️ How, though, were those dandelions in your garden still standing, instead of inside bunny tummies :ROFLMAO: They looked like such a happy trio  I see B&W bunny there, though, wanting to be a quartet

Thank You BM ❤️ Wonderful is a great description.

I wonder why the forum is all wonky & inaccessible. It doesn't matter what device I use either

Ha, Ha - yeah B&W was a trier but never really accepted by the trio....Mouse did once she was a lone bun. Guess he was better than nothing🤣

Thanks for admiring❤️

I think they preferred their dandelions picked by me & hand fed. Not sure if you remember Cuthbert&Dillon? - her buns were the same, MikeK's Pepper too. I'm guessing Saar wouldn't wait for human intervention though🤣

Poor B&W, only accepted once there was literally no other option :ROFLMAO:

I do remember Cuthbert&Dillon, and Pepper, too. Spoiled bunnies, wanting their dandelions to be served to them :ROFLMAO: You're right, Saar would've eaten your entire garden, no humans required :ROFLMAO:

Such wonderful memories of such beautiful charismatic rabbits who will always hold a special place in the forum. I always remember the posts loobers used to make with speech bubbles on Joey and mouse. They were just hilarious.

Very kind words Craig, thanks. No credit to loobers for the speech bubbles though, they were my finest work😂loobers does get gold credits, or did, for bringing lots of fun to the forum

Would you have a trio again in the future, j&b? I was wondering. I've always thought it must be nice for a bunny to have more than one friend (also so they're not left completely alone when their friend passes away), but I know there can be issues with trios.

Despite it being the best of bunny times I wouldn't risk the bonding...I'm not so good at bonding, if I were a bunny whisperer I would. Say I tragically lost both buns (doesn't bare thinking about) I'd probably adopt a trio. Most trios in rescue seem to be family units which is cool but I like that all my buns were so different. My inspiration for a trio was seeing Joey so miserable when we lost Noodle that I never wanted a bun to be lonely after loss ever again. Didn't work out that way though, cos I got greedy & went for a fourth bun. I can't regret Rudey though

Ah, yeah, that definitely makes sense. Bonding a trio does seem more challenging that bonding a pair. I understand your reasoning for having a trio after Noodle passed away and Joey was so miserable, though. That would be my main motivation for getting a trio, too, I think (I never will, though, because I really can't keep living with bunnies for a very long time anymore, so adding another bun is the last thing I need to do). Of course you can't regret Rudey ❤️

Heart melted ❤️ I would love a trio one day (hopefully an inside one 🤞). Is it possible to bond more than three rabbits? Could I one day hope for a nonet?
