Is this tummy pressing or just relaxing??

Hi guys,

Can someone please help me identify if my bunnies are tummy pressing or simply relaxing? I get so confused since I can’t really tell the difference. They’re eating fine and pooping fine. We got them spayed 11 days ago and they had painkillers the first 5 days.

They look quite comfortable to me.

They are def relaxing. You can tell when they are tummy pressing. I find my buns tums sort of bulge out sideways, as they press it more into the floor. Also they fidget, so they dont sit still for long and look uncomfortable.
Imagine you had a gassy tummy and what you'd feel and look like. They just look awkward.
