Hello I'm from india i have a 7 year old female newzeland white rabbit.. i noticed a wound in her claw area of her right hinder leg.. its too painful for her

please help to diagnose it correctly.
Here exotic vets are not avaliable please help for proper treatment
What it is
Ulcerative pododermitis
Ringworm
Mites
Or any other problem
She freely rome in house and sits in paded area
