Gaining trust?

My rabbit pearl (F) has always hated being touched just generally being bothered by me since all of her neutering problems she had which I’m assuming gave her some trauma. I’ve had her for 7-8months and is bonded to my other rabbit considering she basically hates me she has been accepting hours of pets today’s and even grinding her teeth and even better grooming me back basically everywhere on my body! Is this a one time thing or is she gaining trust back or could it be like a sign she’s not feeling well as this is unusual behaviour for her? (Picture is mid grooming me)

Is she otherwise well? Eating, pooping & moving as she usually would? If so I would say it looks like she has more than forgiven you Its a reasonable question to ask if she is feeling poorly, though not the usual reaction to feeling unwell...I had a bun who would groom my partners head in the middle of the night when she needed a dental

Yes she’s eating weeing pooping fine, did her usual binkies when they get the whole house to run around. I’m just so shocked and really hope it’s because she’s forgiven me!!
