I thought I'd start a primarily photo thread to share my black blobs with you 🤣

They are doing pretty well. Eddy gets groomies now too. That said they are confined to the bedroom for a while. Last night they were good but the few nights before - mega chases from about 4am, concentrating on the long cardboard tunnel & small lino section under the bed, to make maximum racket.

This is their first ever (witnessed) snuggle...groomies followed shortly after

Oh what lucky bunnies and that cat tree is amazing. I hope they know how spoilt they are. I love the first snuggle. I wish I could cuddle up with them
 
Your black blobs 😂 are very cute together! They were smart to bond just before Christmas to get lots of presents. I like how you wrapped their salad. Lucky bunnies got strawberries too! Those bricks of forage are huge and they scored a delux cat tree too! Have either of them climbed the cat tree yet! ❤❤❤
 
Black blobs XD Lovely to see them :D Why do they like to make racket at the worst times? Is it to remind us we love them?! ;P

No they havent used the cat tree. I leave little food treats on to monitor it so I know. They even have a very jump-on-able laundry hamper right next to it. Since being upstairs she isn't very interested in high up. Boo's physio recommended sainfoin so I got pellets & a bick that received no interest. However during bonding both buns really loved the brick. They dug & chew on it til it was the size of a nugget. good enrichment but my main reason for ordering more is I'm sure it made Eddy's coat super shiny ❤️
 
Last night I was filling their stacking cups & Eddy separated them & they sat side by side, munching away from their individual cups. Awww

So Bob & I just went up to spend a bit of time with them & I told him about the veg cups. Tried to show him by filling 2 & placing side by side. Chinook was a bit nervy & didn't get close enough to recognise their was stuff in her cup. Steal yourselves for the weird bit. Eddy took a chunk of kale out of his cup, took it over for Chinook to eat. Now if he was showing her there was food out that is so sweet....I suspect he was administering portions though:ROFLMAO: he does like to control things

Well done bunnies for realising the benefits of eating sainfoin. I remember reading a while back when you were considering it for Boo, how it has an excellent nutritional balance. It's both interesting and pleasing how you can see the difference in Eddy's coat with it. So often with products that are said to provide benefits, it's not always evident.

Chinook looks to be a pretty and also interesting bunny ❤️ And well done with their bonding :D
 
Eddy does look very shiny! I do not think we have sainfoin here, though names of things are often different on this side of the pond.
It must have been very satisfying to see them eating side by side from their stacking cups. It is so cute that Eddy brought her a piece of kale. ❤ He may have an anterior motive😂, yet it did come from his cup! Well done bunnies-you too!
 
Thanks for the compliments on my shiny bun Omi & Bunnymomma. I'm guessing its the sainfoin - it might just be a coincidence of course. Good enrichment either way

nice thought but I think they only face groom so far. Eddy goes for the eyes in the way newly bonded buns do - Bob can't watch :ROFLMAO: It could be his mental health impacting positively on his physical health I guess?

:ROFLMAO: its more like very intense nibbling around they eye

You have these joys to come. Good thing about Eddy & Chinook taking so many hours to bond (nearly got through ALL of Friends) is that when they were finally ready I was fairly disengaged so wasn't watching close up like with previous bunnies

Oh that doesn't sound very pleasant either. Lol. Archie and Pip never did any of that. Well not that I ever noticed. 🤔

I'm glad you finally got the monkeys together, even if you had watch nearly the whole of friends. 🤣.
 
Thanks Scrappy. I do wish they were closer but it could happen yet, especially after a long & chasey bond.

Eddy worked out the cat tree once I'd repositioned it.
