Dark forum theme

I was wondering if it would be any trouble to add a dark theme to the available forum themes? Both the RU theme and the default theme are very bright and it makes my light-sensitive eyes pretty uncomfortable, especially in the evening. I've tried browser extensions to change the background colour and such, but they tend to load the page first and then change the colour, making it flicker from light to dark anytime I open a new page, which is even more uncomfortable, haha.

When I saw this title my mind went to thinking it was about forum content being dark / depressing....or maybe proposing some Halloween thing I hope adjustments can be made for you / others with light sensitive eyes Reader

it could just be the strange workings of mine & PM's minds...but easier to blame your thread title, I'll go with that

I recall Tamsin saying that there would be an inbuilt dark mode in a xenforo update. I don't have access to the section of the admin CP to check & enable it but I'll message Tamsin now.

I've added a dark theme (you can pick at the bottom of the page). It's fairly basic dark grey/white text. Is that better? I can tweak the colours if needed.

If you can make it a very dark grey it could look more aesthetic
