Can anyone tell me please, what breed is my rabbit? we suspect half dutch.... but what is the other half???

I don't know how big your rabbit is, but the head and ears look a bit Nethie (Netherland Dwarf) to me.
Most pet rabbits are a real mixture, and most rabbits prefer the company of another (neutered) rabbit to that of people. Just enjoy them for who they are.

Its normal for rabbit owners to feel like there rabbits don't seem to like them... Rabbits are naturally nervous animals as they are wired to be that way, there are a lot of predators to rabbits and its just there natural instinct kicking in. The other thing is you need to interact differently with rabbits to other animals like dogs and cats. Most rabbits don't like being picked up and cuddled and trust can be a hard thing to achieve with some rabbits. Make the wrong move and a rabbit can completely lose trust.

My three rabbits have different personalities, Oreo for example hates to be petted and she will run and hide if I attempt to stroke her unless food is involved. Booboo on the other hand lets me stoke her and I feel Snuggles has lost my trust, Snuggles had been poorly recently and I had to take her to the vet which she hated and now she wont let me pet her. Its just the way it is with bunnies.

I would say your bunny is a cross between a Dutch and Netherland Dwarf.

He is very sweet! Did you have him from a baby?

Dogs, since time began have gravitated towards people and coexisted, but bunnies on the other hand have always run from people - it's the way it is. Sitting with rabbit is like being with nature, I just enjoy watching them, they are good entertainment.

One of my rabbits is 7 year old, gorgeous, spoilt but hates me :ROFLMAO: Before work I go and pick mint, grass, dandelions, I get home from work and pick apple twigs etc - I mean super spoilt and he literally hates me touching him!!

His brother Tommy was the same, sadly he died recently, when he was unwell he starting coming in and sitting with me, looking for me even, he let me pick him up and clean him. It made me realise that although he didn't want to be touched and petted when he was well, he trusted me and turned to me when he needed me, it was very touching.
