Bank Holiday Adventures

Beautiful photo. Flo has been sampling the primroses along my garden border and then chilling in a pop up tunnel whilst herbie relaxed indoors....(the brick was to prevent tunnel being blown about). Flo found the brick quite a nice cooling thing to lie against.

Haha, I do crochet, but not as much or as well as I'd like!

@Craig 1965 Flo looks so happy in the garden border! Like a rabbit-shaped tulip 😍
Thank you cinnabun14. That's very kind. Flo was hospitalized 4 weeks ago with stasis and spent 3 days there with herbie by her side. Shes only just started going in the garden this last week and is enjoying her senior years (she's about 8 now) in the garden and is more active this last week than she has been for a very long time. Id like to think she is helping with the gardening - she's very adept ar eating primrose and mint despite a very large garden with grass!

I am sorry to say this but Primroses can be/are toxic to Rabbits. I don't want her to get ill.

Ooh, I didn't know this. Crumbs - she's been eating them. I'll monitor and see. She seems ok and is eating ok this morning. Thank you for the advice. Honestly, it was ivy last spring and primrose now.

I imagine the wild Bunnies have more of an instinct as to what they should and shouldn't eat. I hope she'll be ok. She is lucky to have all your grass! It's better to be safe than sorry. Hope you are ok too!
