Are everyones' bunnies as stubborn as this?

Alleycat

Alpha Buck
Sharik has been chewing the edge of the carpet which she knows is not allowed, so I took to watching her, and lifting her up (which she hates) planting a kiss on her forehead, and putting her in the middle of the carpet.

This process has now been executed 27 times in the space of 1/2 hour, so she has been put back in her room for now.

Are they all this stubborn?!?!?

You are giving her attention every time she does it so naturally she is repeating it to get more attention :)

But it's still attention, even bad attention is something. :) Even a telling off is you talking to them. I would block off the area for a while or cover it with a carpet tile so you are able to ignore her.

Olivia is stubborn like that....she likes to chew on my walls and I move her from it or tap her on the nose but she doesnt care, she just keeps doing it

Lucy my rabbit is exactly the same only yesterday she jumped on the dining table an has ripped all the placemats which now have to be thrown away I have tried telling her off, she has millions of toys Im with her loads in the day she has a boyfriend Jack (mini lop), I have sprayed the furniture with things (diluted vinegar) and she actually liked the taste so I had to obvs. stop doing that. Thats just Lucy shes a little madam but we love her, you just have to try and prevent it as much as possible.

yep - esme is:lol:

i'll see what other suggestions are posted on here as i'm pretty sure i've tried everything else:lol:

yep mine definitely are, especially Boris my grumpy little man  He was such a little terror when he was younger, although nowadays he's usually very well-behaved :) Bella is still very naughty though!

The only thing I can do with my lil Bunicula is to have rugs on top of wipe clean flooring.

When she has worried at dug and chomped the rug into a thousand pieces of confetti I can replace with another rug.
There is NOTHING Doodee will not chew and she treats any form of anti chew spray, lotion you name it as an apertif.
The only thing I have found that slows her down a tad is to fence anything I would rather she did not destroy behind toddler proof fireguard panels or heavyduty puppy pen panels.

Some rabbits seem to have a a higher destrutor setting than others. If the suggestion others have made here fail it may be necessary to seriously bun proof.

My bun, Monty, is definitely stubborn. As soon as he gets something into his head he has to keep trying it  He knows what 'no' means too, but as soon as my baack is turned he's causing mischief again  I wouldn't have it any other way though as it's his personalitly that makes him such a fun bun! :D
