All my rabbits over the years. Bonding Snowflake and Moondust. Page 9 for latest bonding.

Today was blazing hot. 32 degrees in the house.

I gathered up all the shed residents and put them into the lovely shaded front garden.

Ooh, they must've enjoyed that lovely shade more than the shed yesterday! I really like the photo with both Saffron and Shimmer's little faces peeking out of the box ❤️

Me too!

Here is Snowflake eagerly awaiting his yummy meds.

Thankfully Moondust just chills in their hutch. No stealing the meds.

Shimmer and Saffron eating their pellets!

It is nice when they willingly take their meds, Well done Snowflake. Moonudust, Shimmer, and Saffron are very cute too.

Oh God how does Moondust manage to look so gorgeous?

Shimmer is enjoying the newly cleaned out hay trays. Saffron enjoyed them too but her picture is too large to attach to this forum. Strange as it was fine for the guinea pig forum!

Aww, pretty Moondust  How nice that Shimmer and Saffron were enjoying their hay trays ❤️ You're lucky Moondust doesn't try to steal Snowflake's yummy meds. I can tell you it's not easy to give a bunny Metacam when the other is trying to steal it :ROFLMAO:

They are both really brilliant hay eaters. I do love having guinea pigs. It is stressful when it gets cold in winter. It has been years since I had outdoor guinea pigs and even once their shed has been insulated it is going to get cold in there. I am planning insulated boxes with a stone hot water bottle. The rabbits seem to cope better with cold.

It's very satisfying seeing bunnies munch lots of hay, isn't it. I hope your piggies keep warm and snuggly over the winter. They also seem to love hay.

The second photo is my favorite l. They are both very cute.

Omi. Yes it really is satisfying. My childhood guinea pigs coped ok in the cold. They had a large chicken coop with nest boxes and I lined the boxes with newspaper straw and hay.

They all adore hay fortunately.

bunny momma it is often like playing hunt the piggie with Saffron. She loves to be well hidden. She was sitting on top of/inside the hay rack yesterday!!!!

Busy day today. Cleaned everyone out yesterday. It doesn't take long to need doing again! The guinea pigs are still quite shy. Moondust is often quite excited to see me {with her food} which is rather wonderful. She has cottoned on to Snowflake's yummy meds and needs to be bribed with pellets to keep her occupied whilst he licks his teeny plastic bowl of loxicam.

The guinea pigs make themselves really long in order to stay under cover as long as possible!

I have given them a cardboard box behind their blue fleece curtain. Saffron is overjoyed!

Shimmer was delighted to be given grass and dandelions and started munching away. A few seconds later the greenery near to blue curtain began to move and I realised that Saffron was feasting from the safety of her beloved box.

Snowflake and Moondust both enjoyed their grass and dandelions. Moondust looks cute and cross all at once. Snowflake is a handsome buck. Amazing that he is 13 now!
