    thanks Lucy, it's good to hear some reassurance :) I can't give the exact details (although will make sure I get them and update when I go to the vet) but the surgeon was talking about drilling and applying some kind of putty..? He said that Errol would have to come in about 6-8 weeks + later...

    the photo of Nahla with hay in her cheek fluff made me chuckle! :D It reminded me of Melda actually, she's fallen in love with the digging box and has been rolling about in it and chucking it all over the floor so she's ended up almost head to tail in dirt, hay and straw hehe

    I would try having some of her favourite greens next to you when you're sat nearby her. Hopefully when she comes to see what you're doing she'll be interested and grateful for the yummy food and won't attack you. I also would be really patient and not touch or try to touch her before she trusts...
