Any advice on trimming a long haired lionhead rabbit?

I have a lionhead rabbit who is very fluffy all over. He needs brushing a few times a week as he matts easily. He shed a lot last month, but he still has plenty of fur around 3 inches long on his back (no lionhead 'skirt' on our boy, just long fluff everywhere). I trim his face regularly...

Can having rabbits in the home attract rats?

If that were true, you'd have the rat problem, not them! Many many years ago, we found field mice in the rabbit food that was stored in our garage. Being careful with food storage (yours and the buns) is certainly important to keep those rats out of your home!

    Really need help...

I've two bunnies and one of them chews through everything too, the hutch is well-nibbled, he'll pull at clothes when he's on our laps (I just got a little basket to sit him in and chew away at instead) and we've learnt to keep all wires and cables well out of the way of him! He has a friend...

    Anchoring down an aviary

Hi, With patio laid and aviary panels delivered and painted, we'll hopefully be putting together the bunnies new run this weekend :) Presumably with an aviary-type run with a uPVC roof there's a risk of the whole thing taking off in very high winds? Once built, access to the back and sides of...

    base for run

Hi, We've recently brought home two lovely baby buns, Arthur and Merlin, and want to create a walk-in run to house them and their hutch in an awkward corner of our garden. The corner is sheltered, generally out of direct sunlight, and I can't see what else we'd use it for, so is in some ways...
