Buns both now big fans of carrot tops!

Thanks all 😊 Yep wold be a bunch over several days. Hope they like them - will report back tomorrow as it was spring greens tonight! Will start a smaller amount of carrot tops tomorrow to get them used to them 🥕

I know carrots themselves are very much an occasional treat, but can carrot tops be fed as any other bun-friendly leafy greens? Thank you 🐰

Thanks everyone 🥰 Repeat bloods today show liver inflammation still there. However, as he’s well in himself, vet happy not to carry our further tests at the moment as they would be invasive - X-ray and liver sample. We’ll go back again in about a month and see how things are then, unless of...

Thanks all 🥰 Back home with more milk thistle and a different antibiotic for a further two weeks before repeat bloods. Vet was happy things were better but felt still room for more improvement xxx

Back at the vets for repeat tests today. Paws crossed... Should hear this afternoon.

Thanks everyone 🥰 They’re coming home today! Glad he’s had company while there 🐰 He’ll have lots of meds, and repeat tests in a couple of weeks to check meds are doing their job.

Dental done, liver issue confirmed so starting antibiotics today. If he’s eating for himself and pooing well, he can come home tomorrow to continue treatment and would have repeat ultrasound in a couple of weeks. Paws crossed they’ll be back home tomorrow 🥰

Thank you everyone. He’s a little brighter but still not eating much. Bloods showed possible liver issue so dental and liver ultrasound today xxx

My gorgeous boy has been at the (very rabbit-savvy) vets since yesterday morning (with his bonded partner) and still hasn’t eaten for himself 😔 They’ve taken some bloods today and he may have a dental tomorrow - very, very slight spurs which may have caused the stasis. Any vibes appreciated...
