I've got a huge garden, and I've finally got it all cleaned up so it should be suitable for my rabbits to run around. Except for the pond, is it a good idea to cover it up or doesn't it matter? My neighbours rabbits used to get under the fence and run around in my garden alot, I was surprised...

I use it, my dad get's it free from work. As long as there is'nt ink or staples in it then it should be fine. I guess some bunnies react differently towards it, smokey goes mad with it and starts eating and ripping it up whilst my other 2 just sniff and look at it then walk away.

I feed my 3 buns on p@h nuggets, I hav'nt really had any major problems apart from smokey gets diarrhoea now and then but I don't think it's to do with the food as my others don't get it, they all seem to love it. Especially snowy.

It's not as bad now we're getting into the winter months there's not as many flies, I don't think you can get vaccinations for flystrike but yes I've heard good thinks about rear guard. Also just keep checking their bums twice a day if you can as it spreads very quickly.

My next door neighbour got her rabbits from the same shop as I got mine and she just found out one of her girls has been a boy all along, luckily they were too young to mate. I've been thinking that my girls have been displaying male signs especially snowy in particularly she's been spraying her...

Yeah, I think I'm going to give snowy a bath because she has urine all over her face and paws :shock:. Does anyone have any tips because I've never done this before like how deep should the water be? what should I bath her in? and what happens if she starts licking the water or tries to get out...

does that mean when a rabbit pulls it's fur out it has mites? cos mine does that.

Smokey, my 1 year old unspayed doe keeps making nests I've heard about false pregnancies but she's always having them. She pulls furs off herself and stuffs it in her bedroom also she's got the runs and does'nt eat as much as she used to. Should I take her to the vets?

It depends on the rabbit really, when I come downstairs sometimes at 3am in the night to get a drink I can usually hear my rabbits throwing themselves at the walls and jumping up and down and I think boy I'm glad they're not in my room.

I use shredded paper cos they like playing with it and it's the only thing they don't seem to sweep out of the way also it does'nt get in there fur.

I only have a pic of me and my buns seperately because I'm the only one in my house that knows how to work the digital camera and it would be a bit tricky holding me rabbit aswell lol here's me a few months ago, before I had my big outbreak of spots :evil: I know I have a fat face there lol...

lmao yeah that's exactly what I was trying to describe, only smokey does it out of my lot but if both of yours does it then thats a bit of a relief lol.
