I figured out what was bothering him! It really was the fur. If your hand is sweaty and you pet him you tend to get fur on your hand (he's a Holland lop and sheds a lot). The only time he ever "attacked" is when one of us had a substantial amount of fur on our hands. Imagine that! I don't know...

Eating does stimulate the intestinal tract or whatever :p So I'd say they go potty soon after eating. They do digest faster than humans. But I think Aiden saves some until he finds somewhere to mark -_- Gotta keep potty training him, the messy boy.

I'm from the U.S. of A and apparently it costs $365 (224.34 British pounds) for a spay or neuter. I have two buns...yikes this is gonna break my wallet :shock: Is this a standard price to pay? I don't want to pay more than I have to but then again, if that's what it costs for an excellent vet...

No, you wouldn't get any disease unless the bun were actually sick *and* it happens to be an illness that humans can catch. When Aiden had clostridium the vet warned us to always wash our hands whenever we touched him, as that particular bacterial infection can be passed on to humans.
