He looks like he has lost his sight in one eye. He’s not in pain and his behaviour hasn’t changed at all, always a happy little bunny. Hopefully we’ll get some good news 🙏🏻

Hello fellow rabbit lovers. My dear Hugo’s eye went cloudy & went to the vet who confirmed it was caused by a blocked tear duct & the next morning had his tear ducts flushed. Hugo was eating and very happy right up to going to his first vet visit. He had his op on Tuesday 24th and 48 hours...

Any ideas why rabbit may stop eating??

Thank you so much for your reply. I didn’t know that about emeprid. I’m horrified and won’t be using again before a vet visit. Belle is an avid hay eater. She has a small amount of pellets in the morning and herbs in the evening. She usually has 10 months between dentals. I’love get her checked...

    Recovery after anaesthesia

Thank you. She’s eating and running around today. Her poos are still a little small but she’s improving. I kept her separate from her mate last night (they could still see each other & kiss through the bars) as he gets a bit humpy and I think it’s the break she needed. I will definitely have a...

    Recovery after anaesthesia

Thank you for your kind advice. It’s very helpful. I’ll certainly have a chat with the vet. Belle has eaten a good portion of herbs this afternoon so I hope she’s turning a corner. I am looking to remove pellets from her diet to further encourage gay eating although she likes her hay. Hopefully...

She’s eating more, a lot more active and playful . She’s a free range bunny so we spend a lot of time with her. I’ve contacted the local...
