    Male bunny building nest?

It's funny. I didn't think males would do that. It's as if Mopsy instructs Teddy to build the nest, then chills out and watches him!

    Male bunny building nest?

There has been a lot of nest building going on in Teddy and Mopsy's hutch over the last week or so and we assumed it was Mopsy being a bit hormonal. Imagine our surprise when we opened the curtains to find Teddy running around with hay in his mouth which he then proceeded to add to the nest...

    Eye Discharge-Advice Needed

My O/H has just rang me to say that Hector has gungy white stuff coming our of his eyes. We check his teeth regularly and he has unlimited access to hay. Does anyone have any idea what it could be. PS he is booked into vets for tomorrow.

A good buy on snuggle safe heatpads

Don't worry, it was my own fault for not checking how much they weighed. I didn't post Stephs because I was going past her way on Saturday. Glad you like them! :D

    Opinions Please

She is certainly strange. Last night my husband went out to feed the rabbits and Mopsy leapt out of the hutch ran around the patio and then started biting and pulling and the hem of his jeans. when he bent down to stroke her she jumped into his arms!!!!

Thanks I'll book her in tonight. She is eating well and is her usual active self so that's a good sign.

I have 2 bonded eldery rabbits. They are always together and Teddy is very dependent on Mopsy as his sight isn't great. Lately, Mopsy has seemed to be very nasty to us and biting and chasing Teddy. Also, my husband cleaned out the hutches and found what looked like nest (full of Mopsy's fur)...

How long have you left your buns for?

Do you have anyone that could pop their head just to check on them?

    The 'old' couple

I didn't really think they would. It has never seemed to bother them. To be honest we're getting the patio fully slabbed because gravel and rabbit poo looks rather unsightly!!!

    The 'old' couple

Thanks! Teddy's sight isn't great and he relies alot on Mopsy, who is more than capable of looking after the both of them!!

    The 'old' couple

We had Teddy first, about 18 months ago to have as a house bunny, but we felt guilty about him being on his own so we got Mopsy about 1 year ago. She had to have a major operation as well, but she bounced back!

    The 'old' couple

There is only a little patch of stones in the corner of our patio (we're getting it all slabbed next week), but they always seem to sit on the stones and they have the run of the whole patio.

    The 'old' couple

These are 2 of my rabbits, mopsy (helicopter eared) aged 9 and Teddy (lop) aged 10. They're my old couple. Hope the pics work!
