Please Note - Medical Advice
Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.
You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.
We are very grateful to members who take time to answer other members questions, but please do be clear in your replies that you are sharing personal experience and not giving instructions on what must be done.
Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

No I haven't given her any, it did help last time
She's very 'sad' and quiet and her ears are chilly just given her snugglesafes x

Thank you, think it's gunna be a long night... [emoji38] xxOh poor wee one.
Let me know if there's anything I can do x
That's really interesting - she's started to drink a little but before that nothing for more than 12 hours xI hope it passes through quick, poor girlie. When Joey & Boo went in to stasis a good while back neither of them would drink. I've no idea why - Boo normally drinks loads

Yea I'm really glad, I'd been syringing her water and I was just sitting with her and she started drinking lots from her bowl definitely taking it as a good sign and thank you I'll tell her [emoji14]Really positive she is drinking a little for herself now, I'd take that as a small positive step. She is very beautiful by the way
Thank you so muchHoping that Fleur is feeling a bit better this morning and sending her more vibes.
xxSending lots of vibes for her xx
Thank you so much
Not many poops over night just given her more meds and critical care, hopefully she starts passing more if not I guess back to the vets

Thanks she's not pooped at all since changing her litter tray at 8am given her critical care twice since then, gunna give her one more hour I think before calling vets - she also ate some kale, spinach and rocket - I keep seeing her nibbling hay - shouldn't there be some output? If she had no blockage yesterday, is it unlikely she's got one over night? xKeep going ..... Sending more vibes.

If she has had no output at all personally I would want to seek further advice from the Vet ASAP. She may require admission for IV fluids and medication. The Vet may also want to do another Blood Glucose test and abdominal Xray.
I hope that she will feel better soon x

Well she was pooping last night and early hours of this morning, I was up every two hours checking etc making sure she was drinking and/or syringing water for her. She had her prescribed medications at 8am because last lot were given 8pm last night. The vet said only to start cc if she stopped popping which she did this morning, I was hoping she'd start producing something as she's eaten a small amount but nothing maybe I should just call, just wanted to give the cc a chance to work through her.
A blood glucose test would be good though to see if it's lower or higher, then xray to see what's going on, you're right x

If there's no blockage then short of hospitalising her and the vet doing the syringe feeding/meds/IV fluids/ glucose tests etc then I would keep going. I have had instances of no poops for what seemed like an eternity and all was well at the end of the day.
However, you should consult your own vet about these particular circumstances as they are all different.
I hope this resolves soon. xx
*** I put the bit in bold to give you hope, and not so anyone can suggest I am a bad bunny Mum [emoji38] (not you Grace )
They won't even see her last night they took xray and didn't sedate her xxGood luck Grace. Ask if they need to sedate for the X-ray. My vet wouldn't do it when my recent rabbit was very poorly because of the anorexia xx
