Before I knew better this happened to Benny (although now the vets deny it). The poor chap just had really hot ears for a few days and went off his food...he soon came round, I just kept him cool and encouraged him to drink a lot and eat his fave foods. I did syringe feed him once because I got worried, but after a few days he picked up.

Its probably fine. An Exotic specialist near here does them together. The manufacturers do recommend 14 days between each but that is because no reasearch was done as to how each vaccine may or may not interact with another.
Personally I think giving the 2 together is too much of an onslaught onto Buns the immune system. Also, if Bun has any side effects you wont know which vaccine caused them

You could ask her to phone her Vet to confirm that the Myxi Vacc was given correctly (10% intradermal) This is especially important given Buns immune response is also dealing with the VHD Vacc

This happened to oscar and he was fine, although i made sure that they were done separate in the future. I have since changed to a rabbit savvy vet who is brill, and she does the injection properley, but previous to that, i doubt oscar and the benjamin were given it correctly...

I've pledged a 1 per month to rescues, will you too?
