Making my own hutch

janine

New Kit
Hi everyone

I am looking for step by step instructions to build my own hutch, can anyone help?????

Thanks :D

If you look at my hutch topid on genera;l chat there are some plans for hutches on there. I've been mailed the plans, I could alway mail then to you, but I warn you the plans are complicated, about 30 pages of them.

Hi, it would be really helpful if you could email me some plans, hopefully with a boyfriend in construction, we may just about manage it between us!!!
my email address is janinewright1@hotmail.com.

Once again thanks, I will alos check out your post as suggested!

All I need now is to decide on a name for my little bunny! :D

Im currently building a large indoor hutch for my buns using an IKEA shelf unit, and enclosing it with cladding it makes a nice big deep hutch

should be 50" wide x 26" high x 20" deep when its finished, it will also be extendable quite easily so i can make it bigger when Petey and Jess can finally move in together.

Total cost

Cladding x2 1.8m packs = £6
Gorm Posts x 6 = £12
Gorm Shelves x 4 = £16
Pk wire x 1 = £3
Pk Wood for doors = £3-4

TOTAL = £40-41
+ screws + Fixings

A shop bought hutch, smaller than this would cost about the same.
