Hello and welcome to the forum. I’ve got a real soft spot for lion heads and she is gorgeous.
I’m afraid I can’t really help you with any diagnosis or possible condition but the forums expert on most rabbit ailments - inspector morse will probably see this and cast her experienced and expert opinion for you.

Yes we fell in love with her second we saw her didn't think we would get a lionhead originally.

I suggest you take her to your Vet as this is the only way to obtain a definitive diagnosis and any treatment needed :)
 
Hi & welcome.

Is it just on one eye? Or both sides?
Is it wet, or crusty?
Have you tried gently combing out the fur under her eye? It will help to remove any mats or crusty bits.

What condition is the rest of her coat in? Is she grooming herself / keeping her bum clean? Is she used to being groomed? She will need regular and thorough grooming from you to deal with her coat. I use a double sided metal dog comb once a week on my lionheads (and most other animals) as it gets right down to the skin, so mats and knots can't form in the undercoat. Brushes just don't get down far enough, IMO.

I'm sure Jane will give you a response when she sees this in the morning.
 
Unfortunately I can't groom her yet as we have only had her one week.


This is what I wanted to do but she won't let me yet.

Her back is in good condition but towards the back is matted due to being unable to groom her.

It's also only in one eye.

Hi. It looks like she has a slight weepy eye maybe brought on by the stress of moving to a new home. Make sure she is not on wood shavings which can cause irritation or not near any smoke. She could also have got something in the eye which only a Vet can check for.
 
She is adorable. I have two lionheads and they did not take long to enjoy being groomed.
Others gave good advice, so I can only reiterate getting a vet check. It is always best to get bunnies checked early.
