If she's not eating by herself, I would suggest that she needs more CC as well.

It says to give 3 tablespoons powder / kg body weight daily. 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = 9g.

I would normally make up enough for 24 hours, so you know how much they should be eating. Baby food jars or a small jam jar are useful for this. Store in the fridge between feeds. It does tend to thicken over time, so add a bit of hot water & stir to warm up enough for each feed. Adding a bit of baby food puree may make it more appetising (eg. apple, pear, carrot)
