Culprinol Garden Shades
Is any paint safe for a rabbit hutch?
Or only specific ones?
Asking for a friend. This is true lol

Depends if they have any access to chew it. If not, then anything's fine. If any chance, the Cuprinol Garden Shades or check Wilko, they had some good stuff too.
The geeky one... Pronouns: she/her/any.
Often available for bunny runs: PM for details.

She can paint the inside with this paint as well as the outside?
Is that right?
I tend not to use paint on the inside, although Cuprinol Garden shades info states that it is safe.
‘’Cuprinol Garden Shades (if used in accordance with instructions) is safe, once dry, for use on: (i) wood with which pets such as cats and dogs may come into contact; (ii) wood that may be gnawed by animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, other rodents and horses’’

I've been using Lakeland Paints which is expensive but totally natural and lets the wood breathe, but it does tend to need another coat after a few years. I'm going to try this next https://www.harrodhorticultural.com/...t-pid8674.html
I'm assured that it's safe for rabbits to chew the treated wood.
