Skye's Eye - She's been Signed Off
I brought Skye inside to put eye drops in for 7 days. Will it be ok to put her back outside? She has a check-up on Thursday. She's a fluffy Lionhead so she seems to have a thick coat

Do you mean that she has stayed indoors 24/7 for 7 days ? If so and she has been in a centrally heated environment then personally I would not put her back outside again until later in the year. Especially as she has already had health problems. A drastic change in temperature after 7 days in the warm would really challenge her immune system.

My fluffy Lionhead is the one who got hypothermia so I wouldn't risk it :S

The Vet is very pleased with Skye's eye and said her mouth is very good! I said she has always eaten plenty of hay. She will be 8 next month. The problem may return as the fur gets in her eye and irritates it and I trim the fur and the eye gets better, but this time it didn't, it got worse.

That's great that the vet is pleased with Skye's eye, and with her mouth, too. Hopefully the problem won't return, or at least not soon.
