A lazy Sunday

I spent the afternoon laying on the floor oooo'ing over the boys snoozing in their castle.
First it was just Athie, then just Zeus and then both :D Gaia did come over but didn't wanna snooze so she sniffed around the rug and then ran off. And some added cuteness of this evening.

And yes did have to take a front and back of Zeus in the castle [emoji1787]

Aww they are like cotton, soo cutee :love: I also really like their cardboard toys, I would like to see more details :D

Thanks :D it's just 3 boxes put together with an extra bit on the top with some empty loo rolls and some holes cut in the sides :D got the idea on YouTube [emoji16]

Really? I noticed in the previous pictures and I like it, I wanted to do it for Cookie. Do you remember the link of the video?

By the way, your rabbits are so lucky to have you, you take such good care of them. :)

Ummm no sorry, think it's either by The Bunny Lady or 101Rabbits that posted it. Pretty straightforward, find a few boxes that's the right sizes and strip all the plastic off the outside, position them together first to get the idea of the layout, then cut the flaps off one side and cut a hole in the side. Lay 1 box ontop of the other and trace the hole you cut onto the uncut box. Then on the new uncut box cut the hole a bit bigger but leave like 3 flaps to push into the first box. Repeat with the 3rd box and last step is cut holes in the sides.
Helps if you can wedge the final boxes in between 2 things so they stay together.
Try not use glue or tape but instead cardboard bits to wedge the boxes together because they do tend to chew and glue and plastic can be very dangerous.
I've added the pics of the completed, hope it helps :)

Lovely castle for lovely bunnies :D Peeping feets :love: Athie has a moult line to rival my girls': Chibbs has wonderful ones but Aboleth was the stealth-queen of moulting :)

Depends! Chibbs' are 'permanent' (she rarely doesn't have at least one), but they move around daily as her moults change her fur :) Most of the big side ones will move down depending on moult strength over a few days to weeks, and Athie might not get another until the next moult. Chibbs can have 2-3 on the go at once :lol: She even looked like she had a big hole in her face once (hopefully pic shows):

Ahhh ok I'll stop worrying and terrorising Athie with brushing [emoji1787] thanks :D
Zeus never gets any lines and the one on Athie's face does keep changing but his racing stripes on the sides and butt has been in the same place for a few months now.

Rodney sometimes has a bum moult that gets a bit stuck for lack of a better word [emoji1787]

I usually have to do a bit of almost tickling with damp hands to loosen it up. I have to pay heavy bribes though so only do it if he looks silly or has hairy poops [emoji1787]

Hehe very happy to hear Athie isn't a weirdo [emoji1787] I wish bribes would work with him, he's so not motivated by food or treats at all. Even tried with banana, which gives him butt twitches when he eats normally, but as soon as the brush or hand goes further than his shoulder blades he hops off and if I keep trying he completely goes and hides. Only time I force him, and deal with the nips and thumps, is when there's hairy poops [emoji1787]
