JJ is responding to treatment. In the last hour he has had some output and he has started to nibble at some hay. His blood glucose has gone down from 11 to 5.5. I am hoping we have turned a corner.

I am glad he is turning a corner-output and glucose decrease make me optimistic he will make a full recovery under your expert care.

Do you do glucose yourself? It cannot be easy getting a sample.

Yes, only a tiny drop of blood is needed and an ear vein is the best source.
 
Hopefully he will pick up again as it cools down tonight.
I've also got an unscheduled bunny to vet trip (UTI again).
This weather definitely isn't helping right now.
