Freshly laid turf

I'm sorry that you've had no responses. I think some more details would possibly help, such as the particular treatment which has been used.
 
I would wait at least a few weeks until the grass has rooted through. If the edges are disturbed, you risk losing it.
You would normally allow for a couple of cuts before allowing grazing, and dispose of the grass cuttings.
