Cold pressed vs extruded pellets

What's the actual difference in terms of their nutrition and whether they're 'better' for your rabbit? I have googled the technical difference but don't understand which is 'better' and have seen mixed stuff online.

Extruded (I mean stuff like Excel, Select Science etc)
Cold pressed (I mean stuff like Haybox pellets or Marriages etc)

Mine are currently on Excel but considering changing (gradually, obviously) to a better pellet if there are any.

I appreciate pellets make up a very small % of a rabbits diet, but I would still like to ensure mine get the best they can.

Thanks in advance!

I think extruded involves really high temperatures which might leave a question mark over what it does to their nutritional value
